"Mild environmental spoilers" - Never thought that would hold me back from reading a preview, but I really want to wander around in this game without knowing anything about what is in the world.
I like how the smaller games are the ones I am most anticipating at this year's E3. Can't wait till this is released.
Jet Force Gemini is probably in my top 5 N64 games. I spent hours with that game only to have my heart broken when the game frozen near the end and lost my save file. I might pull it back out again someday...
I hate it when they plaster "only at Best Buy" or "Walmart exclusive" on the cases. Hopefully they will release all of these preorder bonuses several months later like they did in the last game.
Immediately thought of Vista also. I am fine with the name, but it's not good to bring up memories of Vista which failed in the public's eyes.
The original trailer had me sold when I first watched it. I still have a huge spot in my heart for 2D side-scrollers.
I am loving everything about this game. I am beginning to feel really guilty that I have played any of the previous entries in this series. Need finish up finals quickly, so I can actually be a gamer again.
Definitely needs to built into the controller. These sort of devices have failed in the past because they are gimmicky and awkward to wear. Integrating the sensor into the controller allows for added functionality. Also if Nintendo is returning to a more traditional controller design, I can see something like this being easily implementable. They just need to make sure that the sensor is somehow always in contact with the hand.
Sony just might get me to subscribe to PSN+. This might end up working out well for Sony.
This was the game that made consider (only for a moment) buying the Kinect. I'm happy that I don't have to plunk down another $150 to play the game with motion controls now.
Well, I don't know about it going downhill, but I do have fond memories of Metroid II on the gameboy. I remember as a kid having to take notes to make sure where I was going and where important looking places were. I have been waiting for 3D versions of the alpha, gamma, zeta, and omega metroids for awhile now. The higher level ones freaked me out as a kid.
As a sidenote I miss the thick game manuals that use to come packaged with games. The Metroid II manual had pict...
Ah, great! I didn't catch that the other day.
It reminds me of Half-life 2's art style.
I'm surprised. I see ipads everywhere at my university. It's actually the only place that I have seen ipads in public.
I am playing this right now and I am very impressed by the sound of the game. The music really capture the lonely sombre attitude of the game.
This is one game I might actually buy the DLC for.
I wonder if they are going to announce Move capabilities eventually? Always love Q Entertainment's games.
Agreed, I might just pick this up at launch if they announce that.
I remember playing this game when I was in the 2nd or 3rd grade. It felt like someone stabbed in the chest when I finished the game. I honestly don't finish some games, movies, books, etc. because it prevents the worlds from disappearing in my mind.
I hope it does well. The better it does the more likely it might be localized.
I was restraining myself as much as possible to keep myself from bursting out laughing at some of those comments.
